Recruiting Process

- The job applications are accepted either via e-mail on the website of the company or via direct application to the company with a CV,

- The applications are evaluated by the department manager of the related position,

- The first interview is done with the department manager of the related position,

- In case the first interview is positive, the superior manager in the organizational structure carries out the second interview.

- For the positions including the two lower levels than General Manager/Director, the third interview is carried out in the presence of the General Manager/Director.

- In case the second and third interviews are positive, the candidate deemed suitable is informed about the wage and the side rights.

- The registration and orientation process starts with the approval of the candidate.
